An expired internal certificate broke connections between the load balancer and the application servers for 70 minutes. We renewed it and added an alert that fires 30 days before any certificate expires.

We replaced the core network switches during a two-hour overnight window. Connections could drop for a few seconds while traffic moved over; no data was affected.
May 01Sign-in failing for some customers
For 65 minutes, about a quarter of dashboard sign-ins failed after a session store node ran out of memory. Customers who were already signed in were unaffected. We added capacity and memory alerts.
