Bulk import API returning errors

Affected: bulk-import

Bulk imports through the API are failing. Imports started from the dashboard and everything else on this page are unaffected. This is a live example on our demonstration page, kept in this state on purpose so you can see how an ongoing incident reads.

The bulk import service is not accepting connections. Imports started from the dashboard are unaffected; use those in the meantime.

A configuration change at our payment provider caused authorisation requests to time out for around 55 minutes. Roughly one in three checkout attempts returned an error, and webhook delivery briefly queued behind the retries. The change was rolled back and every delayed webhook was replayed.
